Simon Bagnis mi ha aiutata, con grande competenza e cortesia, a compilare i moduli per la restituzione delle spese legate al proprio lavoro (tax return). È il primo anno che vivo in Austria, non conosco il sistema e non capisco il tedesco burocratico. Simon è stato gentilissimo e molto paziente. I contacted Simon via email to ask whether he can help me with my tax declarations for the last 3 years, 2 hours later he called me on the phone to collect all details and was ready to start.
